KIARA LAETITIA is a singer, artist manager coach and author. 

Her career highlights as a performer include: one album ‘The Last Gate’ at #3 in the Japanese Rock & Pop charts for over a month before the likes of Paul McCartney, Linkin Park and Marylin Manson, a solo EP ‘Fight Now’ charted #15 on Amazon Music Italy, a collection of trading cards in her honor in Japan, tours in Japan, China, USA and Europe, features on some of the most renowned rock magazines in the world (BURRN! Magazine Japan, Metal Hammer, Rock Hard and
more).

In 2014 she founded record label and artist management Musicarchy Media. Some of the bands she manages played alongside the likes of Steel Panther, Backyard Babies, The Pretty Reckless, Skindred, Within Temptation, touring the USA, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany and Russia. 

In 2019, Kiara published her first book ‘NEVER GIVE UP The Real Secrets Of The Music Industry’ with advice for independent musicians who want to self release or get the attention of a label, with exclusive interviews to members of Ministry, Powerman 5000, Lordi, Delain and more.

In 2020, during lockdown, Kiara created Online Female Fest, the first all-female virtual festival in its genre. With artists from three continents, four hours of live stream and over 50k impressions, the Online Female Fest saw performances of Share Ross from iconic rock band Vixen and two-time Grammy nominated Lacey Sturm, among others.
